Coachella Valley Arts Institute (CVAI) is also known as Futurenomic Resources (FRI).
Mission:
The mission of Coachella Valley Arts Institute is to increase literacy and artistic creativity to promote the improvement of self-esteem, fitness and economic status through STEM Education and Arts for all, including low-income and at-risk youth.
CVAI is an online private school focused on homeschooling, early graduation, early college entry, as well as artistic training and job skill development while implementing diverse STEM Programming for our students. Perfect for homeschooled and independent study students, music or entertainment artists, gifted students, adolescent parents or bullied students who want to get an early start on the desired career.
Since incorporation, CVAI has evolved to helping students graduate early, find jobs and enroll in college to pursue their dreams. Tutoring, mentoring and job training is now offered along with the accelerated teaching.
Coachella Valley Arts Institute was established as a 501(c)3 charity in 2005. Artistic young adults and or at-risk and low-income youth can learn how a studio works, from pre-production to post-production. In addition to STEM Education and Arts, the students can receive tutoring for all school subject from TK to college.
Tutors:
Our tutors are among the top in the state.
We are partnered with local colleges to bring you fresh talented tutors with that can connect with your student. They promote good education and college importance. CVAI also has tutors that are certified and credentialed teachers. The choice is yours! Each tutor must hold a college degree or a college level equivalent in credits with youth mentoring and or tutoring experience. Your student will be “partnered” with one of our tutors after a thorough assessment to pair for success. CVAI’s tutors will address each academic weakness. They are highly skilled in their subjects of study. A background check is required before hire. Parental preference, personality, age, and scores are examined to pair the best tutor to each student.
Classes:
They will also learn about recorded sound, music promotion through social media, theatre, music performing and booking gigs. Our organization promotes the use of clean, positive and self-esteem building lyrics, dance and expressive art.
Our latest signature workshop is the Music & Movement Program through STEM Education.
STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The ultimate goal of STEM Education is to encourage students to take an interest in STEM subjects at an early age, benefiting them when they enter the jobs market, and in turn benefiting economy. CVAI has partnered with the Anderson Children’s Foundation to host our program at no cost to select students. Read more. CVAI will enhance the lives of at-risk and low-income children and youth throughout the Coachella Valley, with our Music & Movement Program, through STEM Education.
