CVAI specializes in literacy, music, live performing, music and artistic training. Our instructors and tutors are highly qualified with decades of experience in education and the entertainment industry. Learn more about them here.

Dance Classes are on Wednesdays and Fridays: CVAI specializes in a special infusion of styles crafted for live performance. These classes are offered to all students of all levels. This high energy class is like a fun fitness event, with top 40 songs, lead by professional entertainers. During each session, students mirror a dance performed by our live instructors, along with pre-recorded dancers. They will be taught the latest moves and perfected for accuracy. Students are encouraged to practice at home. They will be considered to perform live with our local artists during concerts and shows. The finale will consist of a live performance by all at the end of each semester. This class is ongoing.

Prices:

• 1 Class (Drop-In): $15
• 1 Class (30 Minute Private Lesson): $45
• 1 Class (60 Minute Private Lesson): $60

Ages: 2 year old to 5 years old.

• 1 class a week: $40 monthly

• 2 classes a week: $75 monthly

Ages: 5 year old and up.

• 1 class a week: $50 monthly
• 2 classes a week: $90 monthly
• 3 classes a week: $125 monthly
• 4 classes a week: $175 monthly

First 5 Movement Dance Class:

Ages: 2 year old to 5 years old at 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm on Wednesday and Friday.

This class is optimized for a young dancer between the ages for 2 to 5 years. Parents participation is encouraged. This 45 minute class uses many different dance songs, and creativity promoting development of literacy, balance and coordination.

Hip Hop Infusion:

Ages: 6 year old to 14 years at 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm on Wednesday and Friday.

Ages: 14 year old to adult at 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm on Wednesday and Friday.

This is the ULTIMATE Hip Hop Dance Training Experience in the country. Be prepared to be challenged by our artists in the industry specializing in youth performance training. Dancers will be challenged with multiple class types in Breaking, Freestyle, House, Jazz/Funk, Street, Locking, Pop’n, commercial and others forms. At the end of the semester, Hip Hop Infusion dancers will perform a dance showcase.

Theater & Literacy Classes:

Songwriting Class is at 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm on Thursday: This class is great for literacy and vocabulary improvement, and self-expression. Work with a professional songwriter and learn about song structure and creation. Ages 5 and up. This class is ongoing.

Acting & Drama Class is at 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm on Thursday: FUN FUN FUN! Acting & Drama Class provides recreation and professional training for actors of all abilities, ranging from beginners to working professionals. As a leader in arts performance instruction, we are driven to fostering students’ creativity and skills through our performance-based training supported by an industry-focused curriculum. It is proven to improve acting & public speaking skills. Creative thinking is a must. Learn networking and social skills and become a better leader. Ages 5 and up. This class is ongoing.

S.T.E.M. Classes:

STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The ultimate goal of STEM Education is to encourage students to take an interest in STEM subjects at an early age, benefiting them when they enter the jobs market, and in turn benefiting economy.

Music & Movement Class through STEM is at 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm on Thursday:

Music & Movement is a fun filled class of music & movement through science, technology, engineering & math (STEM) for all ages. This includes singing, dancing, movement, sound and play. Parents who attend can also learn how to enrich their child’s music environment, increase music potential and understand music development. Class that is developmentally appropriate and allows siblings to enjoy this class together. Parents or chaperones are welcome and recommended to attend. 

This class is ongoing or provided in a 7 session workshop.

Guitar Class through STEM is now available for individual and group instruction (Sessions are 45 minutes):

Students will increase understanding and explore instrument creation, STEM music careers and potential, instrument sound recording, and recording software utilization. Students will learn how to play chords and songs. Ages 9 and up.

This class is ongoing or provided in a 7 session workshop. Must have own guitar or one will be provided upon request if available.

Learning Outcomes:

• Demonstrate knowledge of music groups.
• Increase rhythm and understanding of note structure.
• Learn about STEM Careers in Music.
• Create and play music on the guitar.

Karaoke Party Night: 

Karaoke Party starts at 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm on the last Saturday of the month for all ages. It is a great family fun event or you can drop off the kids at the party for date night alone… Bring snacks and drinks if you like. We have the PARTY essentials! That includes our karaoke machine, a microphone, your favorite songs, and a staging area.

Price: Only $15 a person. Ages 5 and up.

Paint Class:

Painting For Beginners, classes are offered at a designated facility or in home as an elective or for personal enrichment purposes. Painting classes may focus on one specific painting technique or several different ones.

Social Media Class: This class will teach your students about various social media mediums and how to properly utilize them to be beneficial and safe. Learn skills and safeutilization to help you as you continue to use social media in the future.Ages 5 and up.
